At GOKHAIR TRAVEL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Gokhair”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide transparent and reliable travel services for all our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, amendments, and refunds for services booked through us.
By confirming a booking with Gokhair, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Policy
All travel bookings, tour packages, delegation programs, visa assistance, hotel reservations, flight tickets, transport arrangements, and related services are subject to cancellation and refund rules imposed by airlines, hotels, embassies, event organizers, and other third-party suppliers.
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the booking, supplier conditions, and the timing of cancellation.
2. Cancellation by Client
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ms@gokhair.com.
- Cancellation charges may apply based on:
- Airline or supplier cancellation rules
- Time remaining before departure or service date
- Non-refundable deposits or promotional fares
- Operational and administrative expenses incurred
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise:
- Visa processing fees
- Embassy fees
- Service and consultation charges
- Convenience fees
- Insurance premiums
- Promotional or discounted travel packages
- Certain flight tickets and hotel bookings under special fare categories
4. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds shall be processed after receiving confirmation from the concerned supplier or service provider.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on:
- Airline or hotel processing schedules
- Banking procedures
- International transaction clearances
Typically, refunds may take 7 to 30 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment whenever possible.
5. Cancellation by Gokhair
Gokhair reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to:
- Operational requirements
- Insufficient participation
- Force majeure events
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Supplier failures or unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, eligible refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided at the Company’s discretion.
6. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for scheduled departures, hotel check-ins, visa appointments, transfers, or events (“No-Show”) may result in complete forfeiture of the booking amount, subject to supplier policies.
7. Amendment & Rescheduling
Requests for date changes, name corrections, itinerary modifications, or rescheduling are subject to:
- Supplier approval
- Availability
- Applicable amendment charges and fare differences
Certain bookings may not permit modifications after confirmation.
8. Force Majeure
Gokhair shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Political instability
- War or terrorism
- Airline disruptions
- Government regulations or travel restrictions
Refunds in such situations shall be governed strictly by the policies of the respective service providers.
