Welcome to GOKHAIR TRAVEL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Gokhair”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our services, booking travel arrangements, participating in delegations, or using our website www.gokhair.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General
Gokhair Travel Innovations Private Limited is a travel facilitation and travel management company providing domestic and international travel services including, but not limited to:
- Corporate travel management
- Trade fair delegations
- Holiday packages
- Visa assistance
- Hotel bookings
- Flight reservations
- Event and MICE management
- Customized travel experiences
All bookings and services are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or full payment.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airfare, hotel tariffs, currency exchange rates, taxes, or supplier charges.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received within the stipulated timeline.
- Certain promotional or special fares may be non-refundable and non-changeable.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed according to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, embassies, transport operators, or other service providers.
- Service charges, visa fees, processing fees, and convenience fees are generally non-refundable.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banking procedures and supplier policies.
4. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
- Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring possession of valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and other required travel documents.
- Gokhair may assist with visa documentation; however, visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
- The Company shall not be held liable for visa rejection, delayed approvals, denied boarding, or immigration restrictions.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations
- Loss of baggage
- Flight disruptions
- Personal liability
- Accidents and unforeseen events
The Company shall not be responsible for losses arising from uninsured events.
6. Changes to Itinerary
- Airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, and local authorities may alter schedules or services without prior notice.
- Gokhair reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or event schedules due to operational requirements, weather conditions, force majeure events, or safety concerns.
- Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided wherever possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gokhair acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, embassies, and destination management partners.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Loss or damage of baggage
- Accidents, injuries, or illness
- Natural disasters or political disturbances
- Acts of terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or force majeure events
- Failures or defaults by third-party service providers
Clients travel at their own risk and responsibility.
8. Conduct of Travelers
Travelers are expected to maintain respectful and lawful conduct throughout the journey.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation without refund if any traveler:
- Violates local laws
- Causes disruption or misconduct
- Endangers fellow travelers or staff
- Damages property or reputation of the Company
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, itineraries, travel concepts, and materials published by Gokhair are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Privacy Policy
Client information shared with the Company shall be handled responsibly and used only for operational, booking, legal, and communication purposes in accordance with applicable laws and privacy standards.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from services provided by Gokhair shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kochi, Kerala, India.
